Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 **Education**

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.

💼 **Experience**

* 2–5 years of experience in ELV systems.
* Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects is preferred.

🛠️ **Technical Skills**

* Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
* Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge.
* Able to conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, BOQs/BOMs, configure, test, and troubleshoot ELV systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD & Visio are an advantage).

Solution Engineer – Job Description (JD)

Position Title

Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze customer business and technical requirements.
* Design end-to-end IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
* Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOM (Bill of Materials), and scope of work.
* Conduct site surveys and requirement gathering sessions.
* Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
* Work closely with sales teams during customer meetings and project discussions.
* Coordinate with vendors and distributors for product selection and quotations.
* Support project implementation teams with technical guidance.
