What is Reverence in Ballet? 🩰
Reverence is one of the first things a ballet student should learn in class. It is more than just a curtsy or bow; it is a way to honor the art form, show respect, and express gratitude.
It typically includes a small port de bras (a graceful arm movement) that finishes with a bow for male dancers🕺🏻 or a curtsy for female dancers.💃🏻 This tradition allows students to thank their teacher, the pianist (if present), and any class helpers for their guidance and support.
Reverence is not only for the studio; it is also part of ballet performances. After a show, dancers perform a grande reverence to acknowledge and thank the audience for their applause. This finale moment highlights the performers' appreciation for their audience and their dedication to the art.
Whether in class or on stage, reverence celebrates ballet’s timeless traditions and reminds us of the importance of gratitude in this beautiful art form. ✨

‼️ မည်သည့် Class မဆို package အတွက် ငွေပေးချေပါက 5% Off မှာဖြစ်ပြီ နှစ်လ ငွေကြို သွင်းပါက 💥special promotion အနေဖြင့် 😱တယောက်ကို 20,000 kyats (၂သောင်းကျပ်တိတိ/-)ကို လျော့ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

🇸🇬 Attending the Singapore Ballet Experience is a captivating journey into the world of grace, precision, and artistic expression. 🩰 Ballet is a theatrical form of dance with a long history. It creatively expresses the full range of human emotions through physical movements and gestures. Most ballets tell a story, using mime, music, costumes, and scenery to reinforce the dramatic feeling. In singapore I was able to learn more about ballet techniques, principles and create stories and will continue to learn more and try to upgrade my skills. Any student who wants to study ballet in Myanmar will be able to share and teach and connect with the international community. Remember, if you never stop learning and pursue knowledge, success finds its way.🥰
