🔸 Hands-on System Administration experience with servers, storage, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
🔸 Advanced Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and backup issues.
🔸 Experience with security best practices and enterprise-grade data center solutions.
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
🔸 Relevant professional certifications (e.g., VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, or Hypervisor certifications) are highly beneficial.
🔸 Ability to work on-site in Yangon, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
🔸 Strong communication skills and proficiency in documenting technical designs, procedures, and incident resolutions.
