- In 2017 January, designer furniture sales gallery Sonder Living from New York and Los Angeles first launched in Myanmar on site.

- In 2018 March, there will be "Yangon Zay" upscale farmer's market on site every third Sunday of the month featuring food and flowers, organic fruits and produce vendors, with live entertainment.
