Our services offer to produce TV commercials, Social Media Content Videos, Photography & Print Campaigns, and Radio Commercials.

Being in the video production game since 2016 in Myanmar, we are a production partner for brands, advertising, and creative agencies. We are constantly integrating creative and technical trends to produce videos that cut through for the right audiences in all the right places.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative and HR Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting both the administrative and human resources functions of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with HR activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a diverse and exciting role that requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• At least 2 years of proven experience as an Admin & HR Assistant or similar roles in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in English and Myanmar.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to research online.
• Ability to communicate formally in emails.
• Understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements.

𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

(1) Office Administration:
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure their availability when needed.
• Handle general office maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance services.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and clients.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean office environment.

(2) Human Resources Support:
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare new employee paperwork and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Support the performance appraisal process by gathering feedback and updating records.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resources.
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
