Myanmar has been experiencing dramatic changes since 2010 in the wake of political transition towards a democratic system. Given importance of valid and reliable information in the transitional of context, EMReF and supportive partners put best of their efforts in implementing "MyPILAR" (www.mypilar.org) to make a valuable contribution in providing concrete, well-analyzed and unbiased information to the people of Myanmar and Myanmar Civil Society, and all the other key stakeholders such as elected members of parliament (MPs), the central and local governments and political parties.
