👇 SEND THIS TO YOUR GYM BUDDY👇
Thinking of hitting the gym right after a tattoo? 👀
Here’s why you should wait:
• A fresh tattoo is an open wound
• Higher risk of infection
• Sweat can irritate & affect healing
• Stretching can damage the design
• Friction & tight clothing can pull scabs & ruin your tattoo
🧐So when can you work out?
• 2–3 days: no workouts
• 1 week: light workouts (avoid the area)
• 2–4 weeks: gradually back to normal
• Always: listen to your artist
💪Your tattoo is forever… your workout can wait 🧡
