JACOVIA MADRIK offers owner and driver Cherise Farrugia a victory in the Prix de Cabourg championship for Silver category French trotters.

Placed at the rails for all of the race, JACOVIA MADRIK had to wait for space in the final 300meters of the race to come out and start moving the the outside lanes. In the final 200metrs JACOVIA MADRIK succeeded to gain a clear run, at which point Cherise Farrugia launched her mare to the chase of race leader HEATHROW. The final 100meters of the race saw a thrilling head to head challenged between both horses with JACOVIA MADRIK slightly faster on the outside. At the finishing post, JACOVIA MADRIK crossed the line first by a nose ahead of the same HEATHROW with IMPACT SUR LATERRE, INIESTA SPORT and INVINCIBLE DE BRY concluding in that order for the remaining placings in the money.

Tony Demanuele Vice-Chairman of the Malta Racing Club presented Cherise Farrugia the trophy for this victory.
