Versatech International

From 23 to 26 September, the Monaco Yacht Show once again brought together the international superyacht community in Port Hercule.

For Versatech International, being part of the industry means more than simply attending. It means meeting the people behind the projects, exchanging technical knowledge, understanding new challenges and building the relationships that make complex work possible.

Our approach remains simple: technical excellence, practical solutions and genuine partnership.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled people who share the same values. People who take pride in their work, understand the importance of teamwork and want to take ownership of what they deliver.

Skilled hands. Technical minds. The right mindset.

Meet Chris, Operations Manager at Versatech International. 👋

Chris has been with Versatech from the very beginning and has seen the company grow from the ground up while working on a wide variety of technical projects.

As a Operations manager, what does he enjoy most?
The challenge of solving problems.

Every project is different. Sometimes there is no ready-made answer: you need to understand the problem, start from the very basics and find the right way forward.

For Chris, that variety is what keeps the work very interesting.

His advice to someone considering Versatech? Come ready to learn. You will work on different technical challenges, gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced colleagues along the way.
