Our latest addition ~ Aldabrachelys gigantea 🖤
Endemic to the Seychelle’s Aldabra Atoll, the aldabra tortoise has been roaming the Earth for millions of years, predating even the dinosaurs. With their massive size reaching up to 300kg and long lifespans of well over a century, they embody the remarkable diversity and evolution our planet has endured 🐢🌿

The best addition to any dart frog vivarium 😍
Our mourning gecko offspring are currently looking for new homes!🏠
This species is parthenogenic, meaning that males are not necessary for reproduction. As such, males are very rare and often sterile. Females lay 1-2 eggs monthly and glue them to surfaces in protected locations. After the incubation period of 65-103 days, eggs are hatched naturally in the vivarium. Additionally, they make excellent co-inhabitants with larger dart frog species 🦎 🐸

Our latest acquisition for a dear friend
Malacochersus tornieri - also known as the pancake tortoise 🥞
In this species, the typical compact and closed bony shell is uniquely fenestrated and flexible, allowing them to be exceptionally lightweight and fast. These properties allow them to adapt to their rocky habitat by wedging themselves into narrow crevices in order to escape predators 🐺 This exotic species is not so easy to come by due to female’s low productivity of only 1 egg every 6 weeks in the breeding season.

Our Ctenosaura Pectinata group🦎
Commonly known as Mexican spiny-tailed iguana - one of the larger members of the genus Ctenosaura, capable of growing to 5-6ft. All hatchlings are born with a bright green color and darken with age.
Our group is a mix of banana and blue pectinata; naturally occurring color variations of the normal Mexican iguana. These grow smaller in size (3-4ft) and develop into bright yellow or blue colored adults.
Have doubled in size since November and developed calm and friendly characters 😇
