✓ Valid certification to operate forklifts,

✓ Valid Fit for Work Health Certificate
✓ Ability to communicate clearly in Maltese and/or English
✓ Already residing in Malta and holding a valid work permit
✓ A professional, responsible and customer-focused attitude

EuroBridge Shipping Services Limited is looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse & Deliveries Executive to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse and delivery operations.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for some of the following duties:
• Tallying and inspecting incoming and outgoing cargo
• Recording data and documentation on our logistics systems
• Coordinating groupage exports, storage, deliveries and trailer movements
• Scheduling and tracking deliveries and trailers
• Preparing delivery and operational documentation
• Assisting customers and providing excellent customer care
• Collecting payments and issuing receipts
• Maintaining accurate stock, storage and filing records
• Supporting Warehouse & Deliveries Management
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
✓ O-Level standard in English and Maths
✓ Experience in a warehouse, deliveries or logistics environment
✓ Good written and spoken Maltese and English
✓ Good computer skills, including Outlook, Teams and Excel
✓ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✓ Able to work effectively under pressure
✓ Professional, reliable and customer-focused
✓ A positive, self-motivated “let’s do” attitude
