L’Esprit de Provence Blanc is a refined, gastronomic white w**e originating from the clay-limestone soils of the Côtes de Provence sub-appellation, where high diurnal temperature shifts preserve remarkable freshness and mineral tension. Dominated by Rolle (Vermentino) with a subtle addition of Sémillon, this cuvée reveals a pale straw colour and an expressive nose of white peach, grapefruit zest, lime blossom, and crushed flint. On the palate, it delivers a satin-like texture balanced by vibrant, racy acidity and a subtly saline, mineral finish. Praised consistently by international critics like Decanter (typically earning high 90–92 point regional benchmarks for its elegance), it pairs exceptionally well with sea bass carpaccio, grilled red mullet, oysters, or goat cheese crostini. For optimal expression, serve at a crisp 10°C – 12°C.

“Complex, precise, and beautifully balanced—a standout expression of Tuscan Cabernet Franc."

This limited-production (900 cases) 100% Cabernet Franc from organically farmed vineyards at 400m sits just outside Bolgheri's boundaries, hence its Toscana IGT designation. Grown on pressed clay and crystallised calcareous soils, it ages for 24 months in new French oak then 12 months in bottle, and is released only in exceptional vintages. The nose gives distinctive blackcurrant richness with delicate violets, a hint of bell pepper and graphite minerality. Black olive salinity builds alongside restrained vanilla and dried herbs. A slightly umami, juicy finish makes this w**e wholly electric, balancing power and finesse alongside vibrant acidity. 96 Points
