Meet Alen Savić, Head of Operations at 1926 Collection.

Five years ago, Alen joined us as a Duty Manager. Since then, his journey has been shaped by new challenges, trusted responsibilities and the opportunity to grow alongside the Collection.

For Alen, great hospitality goes far beyond what a guest sees. It is also found in the work behind the scenes, from maintenance and housekeeping to consistency, attention to detail and the teams who make everything come together.

He believes that genuine human connection can make or break a guest's experience, regardless of how beautiful the setting may be.

His journey is a reminder that operational excellence is built not only through experience, but through people, trust and a willingness to keep growing.

Valentina Pesic joined 1926 Collection as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. Today, she leads operations across all four of our properties as Director of Operations.

Meet Viola👨‍🍳, our Chef Tournant, proudly representing Sicily.

If chefs came with instruction manuals, she’d be the first chapter. Calm, practical, ridiculously organised, and she made bandanas cool long before The Bear.

Kitchen porters know her well; let’s just say she has very high standards.

When she’s not cooking meat to perfection or treating fish with the respect it deserves, you’ll find her exactly where every Sicilian should be: on a beach, enjoying a granita. Some stereotypes exist for a reason.
