Missing parts do not have to mean the end of a good pair of headphones.
For this project, the client needed new inner plates to replace missing originals. We 3D scanned the frame, modeled custom replacements directly over the scan data, and ran through a series of test prints to dial in the snap-fit mechanism.
A few tweaks later, the new plates snapped on securely, and the headphones are back in service.

Someone had to choose between his wife or his car 😅
Joking apart, these signs were requested as part of a cake decoration. We did the design and then printed them for the client.

🌟 Gentle Reminder 🌟

There’s something so fascinating about taking a physical object—something you can hold, touch, or see in the real world—and try to recreate it digitally, line by line and polygon by polygon.
I’m still constantly learning and refining my process, but that’s honestly the best part. 3D design forces you to slow down and really notice the small stuff: how light bounces off a textured surface, the slight wear on an edge, or the subtle curves you’d usually overlook.
It’s a slow, quiet kind of passion, but seeing a digital object finally come to life on the screen never gets old.
Shoutout to everyone else out there spending hours tweaking vertices and adjusting lighting setups—it’s a labor of love! 🎨✨
