Every piece of clothing at Bhuvi tells a story but some stories leave an everlasting imprint on our hearts.

A wonderful customer reached out to us to order two kashtis. While the first one was readily available in stock, she carefully chose a second design and requested us to place a special order for it.

However, life took a sudden and frightening turn. By the time the second kashti arrived, she suffered from a cardiac issue.

Given the circumstances, we immediately reached out to offer her a full refund. But true to her kindhearted and down-to-earth nature, she politely insisted that we keep the advance payment which we refused.

She then decided to take the kashti anyway. What touched our hearts, was when she told us that even though she would not be able to wear it, she would be happy to have the kashti near her.

To our absolute joy and dismay, the story didn't end there. She later shared radiant photos of herself wearing the kashti while actively participating in the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations!

With Bappa’s divine blessings, combined with her unwavering devotion and prayers, she is now well on the path to recovery.
