𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 🔍
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Hotel Manager by managing schedules, coordinating with Heads of Departments, and ensuring the timely follow-up of operational and business priorities.

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 🎯
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in an executive support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within the hospitality industry, with exposure to event or wedding coordination.
• Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g. WinHMS).

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 🎯
• Minimum HSC with ACCA Level 2, and 2–4 years’ experience in Accounting/Audit, preferably within the tourism or hotel industry.
• Previous experience in hotel operations, with strong knowledge of Finance, Audit, and Accounting practices.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong functional knowledge of the hospitality industry.

The Data Entry Assistant must provide dedicated data entry and data cleaning support to the Procurement department on two specific workstreams: cleaning the existing product list in WinHMS, and supporting data input during the implementation of the new ERP.

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 🎯

• HSC / School Certificate or equivalent (essential).
• A certificate or diploma in administration, office management or a related field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a data entry, clerical or administrative role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written communication in English & French, both written and spoken

• Strong computer literacy, including experience with hotel management systems such as Opera, Micros, and WinHMS, with fluency in English and French.
