As AMFCE - Association Mauricienne des Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, we would like to dedicate the month of September to our members.

Throughout the month, we will be featuring members on our social media pages through our AMFCE Member Spotlight series to celebrate the women who inspire, lead, and build within our community. This week's question, let's hear from Këshinëë Ghöörbin:

"What does entrepreneurship mean to you?"

"Converting Pure Vision into Scalable Value

Entrepreneurship is intentional problem-solving. It means taking full accountability for a solution, navigating resources effectively, and turning ambiguity into measurable progress.

As a woman in business, it further represents a commitment to building sustainable frameworks that challenge status-quo operations and forge broader pathways within the ecosystem."

Human Resources is the strategic bridge between a company’s goals and its people.

HR is not a cost center or a clerical safety net; it is the deliberate engine of enterprise value.

As a woman in business, I view HR as the architect of human capital: the discipline that transforms raw talent into sustainable enterprise value while protecting the organization’s most fragile asset—its trust.” -Keshinee Ghoorbin of HR Rights Ltd
