The space must be vacated and all items brought in must be removed within the time frame to allow cleaning staff enough time in between bookings. CLEANING and DAMAGES

Although cleaning fee is included we highly appreciate cleanliness in all our properties and we take great care to maintain the place hygienic and awesome for the next occupants. If u require decorating the space pls ask a staff member and we will help u on this. If any damage is caused to Furniture, Electrical item etc should be notified to a staff member and the responsibility to compensate damages falls to the party occupying the premises.
