The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is one of the oldest and most revered mantras in the yogic tradition, addressed to Shiva as the conqueror of death. People chant it for healing, for protection, for those facing illness or fear, and simply to loosen death’s grip on the mind.

Nina Rao has spent decades helping in the conservation and protection of wildlife, and she is bringing together her chant friends in support of Only One and Save Coastal Wildlife of New Jersey.
Save Coastal Wildlife of New Jersey is dedicated to restoration, research and educating people about the protection of coastal wildlife along the Jersey Shore. Only One runs campaigns to drive impactful ocean and climate policy worldwide.
