Esta es la trampa del positivismo tóxico en comunidades espirituales, que nos presiona a fingir nuestro propio proceso.

Muchas veces entramos a espacios de transformación esperando felicidad e iluminación instantánea. Pero el trabajo interior no viene a ordenar nuestra vida, viene a revelar lo que habíamos dejado escondido debajo de la alfombra.

El optimismo se vuelve tóxico en el momento en que nos prohíbe habitar nuestra experiencia completa. Cuando usamos conceptos espirituales para tapar la incomodidad, la tristeza o la rabia, no estamos evolucionando: nos estamos rechazando en silencio.
