We are selling services. We are serving the customer accommodating needs and help them solving problems. When potential customers walk into our office, we tend to make friends with them. From there we tailor made a package that suits their needs with flexibility and comfort. Our team is allowed to make decision on the spot to help customers clear their fear and doubt. For most people, buying houses is a huge responsibility with their hard earns money. Our flexible packages start from paying installment for deposit which is a popular move today. We also have the minimum deposit scheme and no question ask full refund if loan could not be secured and many more ideas. Our comfortable services start from helping customers applying for loan, to ideas for renovation and many more. We always make customers our friends or we make friends with our customers. We know this is not a significant amount, however what is significant is that, we had achieved 100% sold out rate for each and every of our projects and never delay a single project ..................../On the 4th of August, 2009, Tuanku Sultan Kedah officiated our Villa Seri Tunku. The first gated and guarded residential project in Bandaraya Alor Setar. For the first time in the history of Kedah, Tuanku Sultan Kedah officiated a private residential project and praise for the greening initiative that the landowner and the developer have done to preserve the age old trees, provide more greening area, beautify the river bank as a recreational area, and be more environmental conscious which is a very new concept in the state of Kedah. We are honored to hear that .............................../ Villa Seri Tunku is the first residential project in Kedah to be featured in the Architect Malaysia magazine August 2009 edition. We are also honored to be quoted as the benchmark setter by both New Straits Times and Malaysian Business magazine. All this is due to our teamwork. We had heard a lot of compliment. We are not sure this is good to us. We are worried that we might be too complacence.
