It was amazing to see you all challenge yourselves, share your stories and discover that comedy can be found in the little moments of everyday life. it was inspiring to see everyone give it a go with such great energy and enthusiasm.

A big thank you to our instructor, Ugo Temple, for guiding us through the world of stand-up with humour, encouragement and plenty of great insights. And to all our participants. Thank you once again for bringing your energy, courage and laughter. You made the workshop truly special!

🎤 Give Stand-Up Comedy a Try!
Have you ever wanted to get on stage but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve been told you’re funny and should try stand-up? This workshop is the perfect opportunity to find out!

In a relaxed, supportive and fun environment, you’ll learn the basics of stand-up comedy, including how to find the funny in everyday life, write simple jokes and how to perform with confidence. No pressure, no experience required, just come as you are and enjoy the experience.

You don’t have to be a comedian to join. You just need the willingness to try something new, meet great people and have a few laughs along the way.

Living in Penang for so long, Ugo Temple has gone full local, taking the bus over taxi at pick hours. But recognition ruins everything, “why is a celebrity comedian on the bus?” They ask. Even dating is not safe. Someone told him “i saw you on Tinder but i swiped left because I know you”. Bro feel pained 😭😅
