B-Thing

要购买的顾客请发送信息到我们的信箱。
信息记得附上：
1 商品货号，颜色
2 你的住址
3 Maybank / Public Bank / CIMB
我们收到信息后，就会连同总数额（商品价钱+邮费）和银行资料回复你们。
*我们只会替汇款了的顾客保留货品*

Due to the fast stocks, please confirm the stock availability with us BEFORE making an order. Our stocks are either Pre-order OR Ready Stocks.

2. 恕不议价！成本高利沦低，以薄利多销的方式。一切价格已经非常便宜，所以不要谈判价格。
2. All the price IS FIXED and NOT NEGOTIABLE.

3. 所有商品价钱不包括运费。买家需支付100%的商品价钱和运费。
运费的计算是根据商品的数量/重量，和地区（西马/东马）。
所有商品是由POS LAJU派出。
3. ~ All price does not include postage, buyers have to bear all
shipping costs.
~ Shipping cost will be based on the number/weight of item(s)
and location(West Malaysia/East Malaysia).
~ All the items are sent out by POS LAJU.

4. 我们将会在星期一/星期四发货。
4. We will sent out stock either MONDAY/THURSDAY.

5. 汇款后，请在12小时内通知我们和提供你的面子书姓名，全名，汇款总数，银行，地址，货号和颜色。否则，我们将充公你的款项，并不会接受任何解释，谢谢!
5. After make payment, please inform us and provide your fb name, full name,total amount of bank in, bank,address,item code & colour within 12 HOURS. Any explanation WILL NOT be accept!

6.已汇款(半价/全额)要我们保留货品的顾客请注意，我们只能替你们保留2个星期，所以请在汇款后的两个星期内把剩余的款项清好。
6.Customer who already remitted half price/full amount for us to keep the goods please pay attention here, we will only keep your goods for 2 weeks, so please do clear the remaining funds within 2 weeks after 1st payment.

7.除非顾客要购买的货品已经卖完，否则我们不接受顾客要求退款/换其他的货品。
7.Refund/stock exchange is not acceptable except the product that you want to buy has been sold out.

8.若顾客们没在指定的时间收到包裹，请马上向我们询问包裹号码。
我们将会替你追踪包裹，如果追踪结果显示邮差已到过你家，但没人在家，请马上到附近的邮政局自行领回你们的包裹， 否则POS LAJU会把包裹寄回来。
若顾客的包裹被打回来，请在五天内把邮费数额汇进我们的银行，我们再寄回给你，否则我们将无条件当作你们已经放弃包裹。
8.If you don't receive your package as the date that we told you,pls inform us,we will trace your package..if the result shown"item to be collect at counter",pls do redeem ur package yourself at the nearest Pos Office immediately..Otherwise,the package wil be return back to us.. In case of your package has been return to us,pls made the payment (postage fee) within 5 days,we will sent out your package again..Otherwise,we will unconditionally as you have give upyour parcels.

9. 由于不同显示器设置，产品的颜色可能略有差异。我们将尽量明确地描述它。
9. Due to the different monitor setting, item's colour may slightly difference from actual product. We will describe it as clearly as possible.

10. 如果某产品被错误定价，或图片不搭， B-Thing将有权拒绝或取消任何订单的产品。
10. In the case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures,B-Thing will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product.

11. 购买的风险是全由买家承担。希望能接受以上所列出的条规的买家才下订单，以免事后发生不愉快的事件。
11. The risk of purchase is entirely borned by buyers, if you can't accept the term and conditions, please don't buy in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents that may occurred.

12.如收到的商品有少许线头/很小的污迹/太厚/太薄/色差/跟想象中的不一样/下过水褪色/小小的脱线/做工不精致/衣服太大或太小等。皆无法退换货。
12.Issues such as small stains, too thick or too thin of the materials,colours does not same with the picture, quality not good and size too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

13.虽然我们的货品数量是充足的，但有时难免会卖到断货。要是遇上断货事件，我们会马上通知您，让您决定仍要该货品或要求退款。买家也可以选其他与货物相同价格的商品，好让替换断 货的物品。
13.Although we have enough stock to back up,but sometimes stock may not available (we will only know when we place your order to supplier) .Buyers can choose either want to wait for the stock or demand a refund.Besides,buyers may choose other items with the same price to replace if out of stock.

14.预购商品将在下订单后的一个月才能收到。
14.Pre-order stocks will only received 1 month after order has place.


15.一旦买家下单， 我们将任为您同意上述规则，而我们也将保留随时改变它的权利。
15.Once order has been placed, means you are agree with the rules above and we reserved the right to change it anytime.
