SEE YOU AT MAMATFEST 2026!

And so it begins…Raise the sails...Into the unknown we drift, where only shadows remember our names! The Continuity...

VE signing off! Utmost Gratitude To Sandakan Metal Fest! TILL ETERNITY!

The most unforgettable show for VE! Horns up to the crowd, the SMF team, and all the crew for the endless support, chaos, and energy throughout our stay! Hail and respect! THANK YOU SANDAKAN!

HORNS UP, SANDAKAN! 🤘

The dust has settled, the ears are still ringing, and the spirit of the underground remains undefeated. SANDAKAN METAL FEST IV was a sonic onslaught for the ages, and it wouldn't have been possible without the collective strength of the tribe.

First and foremost, eternal respect to the titans who commanded the stage: Sil Khannaz, Vociferation Eternity, and Absit Omen (all the way from the Philippines!) A massive shoutout to our local forces—Modiac, Mavet, Holydness, Hutan, Black Owls, and Psykorizer—for delivering pure devastation.

Massive gratitude to the vendors who kept the crates full and the patches flowing: Musix Hub, Mamat Records, Hutan Mati Records, Santau Productions, BSMP, Rock Station, Maumati Records, Asun and Obscure Sound. Your support keeps the metal scene alive.

A huge shoutout to the sonic architects behind the wall of noise—Loud Studio and crew especially Roy, and Tom—for the bone-crushing sound and equipment. To the frontline crew who put in the sweat and relentless hustle; Jack, Spun, Sumardi, Eight, Ariyon, Macha, Men, Paijal, Papai, wak, mila and Dean. This machine doesn't move without you guys.

Special thanks to Bark, Dadyn and Khai for you know what you have been contributing!

Also thanks Zyn Art Craft for the printing that gave this edition its visual bite. To the bands who bled on stage and the crowd who trashed the pit—you are the heartbeat of Sandakan Metal Fest.

Adios! Keep Metal Alive!

Sandakan Awaits!

We shall gather in the Land Below The Wind.
