Being physically present doesn't always mean being fully present. A conversation can happen with a phone on the table, notifications competing for attention, or a response already forming before the other person has finished speaking.

Sometimes people come and makes things easier, and sometimes, there’s no on there.
But taking ownership doesn't mean doing everything alone.
It can mean deciding what is within our control, taking the first step, and knowing when to reach out for support.
There’s no need to have everything figured out before starting.
Sometimes, taking the next step is about having enough clarity to do so.
What is one thing you can start today?
We all have an inner voice.
Sometimes, it encourages us. Sometimes, it questions us. And sometimes, it can be our harshest critic.
We may not always control the first thought that enters our minds, but we can choose how we respond to it.
The goal isn't to silence the critic completely. It's to make sure the critic isn't the only voice we listen to.
Give yourself that fighting chance by making the choice to listen to the cheerleader instead.
