Thank you Tuan Jack for being part of the KSS Family

KSS officers and members joined the St. John Ambulance Selangor State Parade, held on the morning of 12/9/2026 at Fairy Park Heritage City, Setia Alam, Selangor.

This annual inspection of our uniformed volunteers is more than ceremony ; it’s a reminder of the pride, belonging, and resilience that unite our SJAM family and the communities we serve.

KSS is proud to have represented St John Ambulans Malaysia (Selangor) in the marching contingent for the Sambutan Hari Kebangsaan Ke-69 Peringkat Negeri Selangor, held on 30 August 2026 at Stadium Kajang.

Before the big night came two full days of raptai on 28 and 29 August. Our team had long hours of drilling, marching and formation practice in the heat and under the lights. Our members showed up onto that dataran in full uniform in pride.

Thank You to every member who gave their time and effort and to the officers who trained and led the contingent. To march for Selangor and for SJAM is an honour we don’t take lightly.

Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! 🇲🇾

On 29 August 2026, St John Ambulans Malaysia KSS hosted its Annual Appreciation & Charity Dinner, bringing together KSS members, strategic partners, and supporters in an evening dedicated to service and community care.

We are pleased to share that the event successfully raised over RM300,000 in support of our ongoing humanitarian and healthcare initiatives. This achievement reflects the continued generosity and confidence of our donors.

The evening also marked several significant milestones:

10th Anniversary of the Mobile Community Healthcare Unit: We commemorated a decade of the Mobile Community Healthcare Unit, which has conducted 76 sessions and touched close to 6,000 lives, bringing accessible healthcare services directly to underserved communities.

Ambulance Handover: Two pre-owned ambulances were officially handed over from Kawasan Selangor Selatan to Kawasan Kelantan Utara, strengthening emergency response and patient transport capacity in that region.

New Appointments: We congratulate Tuan Kelvin Kau on his appointment as Area President, and Tuan Eau Yong Eun as Area Vice President. Our heartfelt thanks to immediate former Area President Dato Sri Dr Chee Hong Leong JP, who has served KSS since 2012 and is now promoted to Deputy Commander-in-Chief at SJAM national level.

Our sincere appreciation goes to all guests, donors, partners, and volunteers whose support made the evening a success. Together, we continue to serve.

🇲🇾 Selamat Hari Merdeka ke-69!🇲🇾

Today, we celebrate 69 years of freedom, unity and the spirit that makes Malaysia truly special. ❤️🤍💙💛

May we continue to stand together, serve with compassion, and build a stronger Malaysia for generations to come.

From all of us at KSS, Selamat Hari Merdeka! 🇲🇾✨

Our officers and accounts executive attended a Finance Workshop over the last weekend.

Great to see the team investing time to strengthen our financial management and reporting skills. 💪
