The Library has one Main Library in Putrajaya Campus and one branch library in Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus (KSHAS).
UNITEN IRC (Library) was established in 1978 as a modest resource centre and then upgraded to an Information Resource Centre with a collection of 4,069,579 titles, including printed, non-printed, e-journal, e-books, and digital collections. The Main Library in Putrajaya Campus is located on the front portion of the Campus.The Library began its operation in 1997. The Library consists of 6 levels occupying a total floor area of approximately 18,645.2 square meters.It is among the biggest library in Southeast Asia. The Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus Library was officially launched by Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamed (our Former Prime Minister) on 4th May 2001. It is located at the South-Eastern part of the State of Pahang. Its major collection focuses on materials in business and accounting, to support research and teaching for the College of Business Management and Accounting at degree levels.

🎉 UNITEN Climbs to #518 Globally in QS World University Rankings 2027 🎉

KEMASKINI PUSTAKAWAN @ IRC | LATIHAN PENGURUSAN REKOD
Khamis, 17 September 2026 - Sedang berlangsung Sesi Latihan Pengurusan Rekod Bersama Jabatan Document Management, TNB Global Business Solutions Division (DM TGBS). Sesi ini dilaksanakan adalah dengan kolaborasi antara Pusat Sumber Informasi (IRC) dengan DM TGBS dengan kerjasama People Experience Department (PXD). Sesi ini turut dihadiri Ketua Pegawai Operasi, Pn. Nur Asharina Abd Rashid, Pengarah IRC, Hj. Zulkarnain Md Nor dan semua wakil unit bisnes di Universiti Tenaga Nasional - UNITEN.
DM TGBS mengendalikan Sesi Latihan Pengurusan Rekod TNB Bersama Anak Syarikat sebagai program latihan dan kesedaran (training & awareness) berkaitan pengurusan rekod. Kandungan kursus melibatkan pengenalan Pengurusan Dokumen, Pewujudan, Penggunaan, Penyimpanan, Perlupusan & Electronic TNB Record Archiving Syetm (eTRAS).
Dengan sesi yang dilaksanakan memberi satu kefahaman dan pendedahan kepada semua wakil unit bisnes dalam menguruskan rekod dengan piawaian yang betul dan sistematik.

LIBRARIAN UPDATES @ IRC | AILIB CONNECT WORKSHOP - SERIES 2
Tuesday, 18 August 2026 - The Information Resource Center (IRC), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Putrajaya Campus cordially invite Dr. A’dillah. Ms. Kasmarini, PM Dr. Farrah Diana & Dr. Mazlina as speakers in the Community Service Program (Knowledge Transfer) entitled “AiLib Connect; Empowering Librarians through Artificial Intelligence for Student Activities and High-Impact Library Services” in Series 2
In this session of Series 2, all participants will present the AI posters and paperwork assigned in Series 1 on August 18th. A very beneficial experience for all participants, as they not only completed the assignments but also learned to create prompts following the correct process and achieved the desired output.
The IRC is very grateful for all the efforts and commitments from all of you.
