The company is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Currently, Comtec Solar is the world’s top three biggest N type mono wafer. Comtec Solar intends to make the Sarawak solar wafer plant to be the world biggest N type mono wafer manufacturing plant. Meanwhile, Julaihi praised Comtec Solar for its decision in locating its newest plant in Sama Jaya which is a prime industrial estate for high-tech industries. Sama Jaya is strategically located in Kuching city, equipped with excellent infrastructure and supported by modern amenities. The total investment will be RM1.2 billion and will provide 1,300 employment opportunities.
