Riedel Wine Glass Experience led by Jean-Baptiste Cherriere, Vice President of Riedel Asia-Pacific, where we showcased the Grape@Riedel Collection to our trade partners.
Guests were guided through a tasting in which they sampled four different wines from different glass shapes. Everyone was surprised and delighted to discover how dramatically the wine changed simply by changing the glass.
Cherriere explained that each grape variety has its own aromatic and taste profile, and that glass design amplifies those aromas and directs the wine to specific parts of the tongue to enhance particular flavors. Some wines produced little aroma or tasted bitter when poured into the wrong glass, demonstrating how crucial glassware is to wine service and to ensuring guests enjoy the wine at its best.

🍇 Grape Variety : Muscat
👃 Aroma : Notes of rose 🌹 and tropical fruits (guava, kiwi 🥝, peach 🍑). Tastes like a lychee and peach soda 🍑. Rich floral notes, lightly sweet and fizzy; refreshing and delightful to drink.
*Wild Bouquet Moscato Rosa*🌹
🍇 Grape Variety : Muscat and Shiraz
👃 Aroma : Similar to Moscato, but with some spice and berry characteristics from the Shiraz. Aromas of rose petal🌹, raspberry, strawberry🍓, a hint of spicy pepper🫑, slightly fuller mouthfeel.

*Wild Bouquet Sweetheart*💕
🍇 Grape Variety : Muscat and Cabernet Sauvignon
👃 Aroma : Flavors of blackberry, blackcurrant, and cherry jam 🍒 with a touch of tannin due to Cabernet Sauvignon added to the blend. More structured than the Moscato and Rosa; it offers the allure of red wine without the heaviness or astringency of traditional reds ✨
🔔 Pairs well with BBQ 🍖 and ham.
*A Little Story* 🌹
The name "Wild Bouquet" is inspired by the wildflowers commonly found in the Australian🇦🇺 countryside. Fowles Winery wanted to create a wine that brings the same joy as receiving a bouquet of flowers💐; hence, the label features a lush floral design🌼. With an alcohol 🍷content of just 6.5%–8%, significantly lower than the typical 12%–14% found in most wines—it offers a light, fruity🍇, and easy-drinking experience that feels effortless to enjoy.
