About: Welcome to Digi Store Merisng's page! Company Overview:
At Digi, we strive to put our customer's needs and safety first in everything we do. When engaging with customers offline and online, all front-liners need to be in their Digi uniforms with employee tags. This intention is for customer to be able to identify real DSE/DS staff. As of today, we've been receiving many report of scams going around on facebook. To ensure clarity among customers in understanding how to spot a fake page, here are some things to look out for:
1. Misspellings in URL
2. Encryption (lock logo) to help ensure that the URL is safe
3. Shortened URLs - it disguises the actual URL, making it hard for customers to spot if it's fake or not. As part of the official Digi network, our sales URLs will always look like this: ###X (to be filled in)
Our Facebook URLs will always look like this: https://www.facebook.com/digi/
These are the list of scams we've collected so far http://digi.my/slc. If you believe you need to report a scam, please click here
