This Labour Day, we celebrate not just the work, but the people behind it! 🤝🏻🤝🏻

Happy Labour Day from all of us!

🌍 Happy World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2026

In line with the theme by the International Labour Organization for World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2026 — “How’s Work?” — this year’s focus reminds us to look beyond physical safety and reflect on our psychosocial working environment.

💭 How do you feel at work?
Are we experiencing:
✔ Supportive teamwork
✔ Clear communication
✔ Fair workload and expectations
✔ Respect and appreciation

Or are there signs of:
⚠ Stress, burnout, or fatigue
⚠ Poor communication
⚠ Unclear roles or expectations
⚠ Toxic or negative environment

At TDE/TDR, safety is not just about preventing accidents — it’s also about ensuring a healthy mind at work.

Let’s take a moment today to check in with ourselves and each other. Speak up, support one another, and continue building a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard.

🤝 A healthy workplace starts with all of us.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri! 🕌💚

Wishing all our Muslim friends and family a wonderful celebration filled with joy, laughter, and of course, delicious lemang and rendang! 🥘
