korang nak track panjang lagi?
30km - 40 km boleh aja…kita ada track yg boleh korang seea utk latihan endurance korang 😊😊

nantikan video track latihan endurance kita nanti..for now kuda kita tak capable lagi utk pergi 30km ke 40 km..but soon kita pon akan latih slow2 untuk capai 40km..

almaklum lah kita berhajat utk masuk endurance juga soon 😘😘🫡
