Creativity isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about being willing to explore the questions.

In Andrew’s session on Creative Exploration, participants were encouraged to step beyond familiar patterns, challenge their assumptions, and discover new ways of thinking, moving, and creating.

Through reflection, experimentation, and open discussion, the session reminded us that creativity isn’t something reserved for a select few — it’s a skill that grows when we stay curious, take risks, and give ourselves permission to explore.

Thank you, Andrew, for sharing your perspective and inspiring us to embrace the creative process with greater intention and openness. ✨

What makes a performance memorable?

In their session on Performative Skills, Joo Ice and NIGEL explored the elements that transform movement into meaningful performance — from intention and presence to confidence and connection.

A reminder that technique may get you on stage, but performance is what makes people remember you.

Thank you for an insightful session and for challenging us to think deeper about the way we perform. ⚡️

Performance is what the audience sees — but the real work happens long before you step on stage.

In Maybelline’s lecture, “The Inner Work of a Performer,” we explored what it truly takes to show up fully as an artist — beyond technique, beyond choreography, beyond the spotlight.

From mindset and discipline to presence, self-awareness, and emotional control, this session reminded us that strong performers are built from the inside out.

Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to reflect, learn, and grow. This is the work you don’t always see — but it’s the work that changes everything. 🤍
