• Liaise with Project Engineers on subcontractor deductions
• Prepare & submit progress and contractual claims to clients
• Ensure timely certification & settlement of claims
• Administer & verify subcontractor payment claims
• Monitor wastage of major construction materials

🎯 Requirements

✅ Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
✅ Minimum 2 years of QS working experience
✅ Experience in Government Projects is an advantage
✅ Able to work independently & under pressure
✅ Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
✅ Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field

✅ Knowledge of Pallet Racking & Highway Guardrail is required
✅ Good communication & customer service skills
✅ Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven
✅ Valid driving licence & willing to travel
