📅 **August 13, 1996 — 30 years ago**, the New York duo **Blahzay Blahzay** released their debut album, ***Blah, Blah, Blah***, a project that became a reference point for underground Hip-Hop in the 1990s.

Formed by **P.F. Cuttin'** and **Outloud**, Blahzay Blahzay emerged from the New York Hip-Hop scene with a sound marked by **boom bap, heavy samples, scratches, and raw rhymes**, characteristics that strongly represented the East Coast Hip-Hop aesthetic of that era.

💿 ***Blah, Blah, Blah*** was released by **Fader/Mercury/PolyGram** on August 13, 1996, and featured **13 tracks**, totaling approximately 50 minutes in length. Among them were:

🔥 The standout track of the project was **“Danger”**, which helped put Blahzay Blahzay on the underground Hip-Hop map. The song became especially known for its dark atmosphere, heavy production, and the famous sample of **“Singing in the Morning”** by Jeru the Damaja? ❌

👉 **Important Correction:** “Danger” uses elements of **“Impeach the President”** by The Honey Drippers, contributing to that classic sample-based production aesthetic that marked the 90s boom bap.

The album was recorded in New York studios, including **D&D Studios** and **Firehouse Studio**, locations associated with one of the most creative eras of New York Hip-Hop.

📀 Specialized publications of the time recorded the album's release in August 1996, and the project reached the Hip-Hop/R&B charts. Currently, *Blah, Blah, Blah* continues to be remembered by collectors and fans of the **Golden Era Hip-Hop** as one of those records that represent the underground essence of the decade.
