KSH Foundation

Meet our POST-IMMERSION Mentors!!!

You thought we were done?

The immersion may be over, but Every Girl 3.0 is far from finished.
Our 15 fellows have entered a 90-day mentorship program with industry professionals, one on one sessions built around their dreams, their goals, and the women they are becoming.

Because the real work starts after the spotlight. And we are not letting these girls go without making sure they have the right people in their corner.

We are so excited to have our girls interact with these outstanding mentors. Their experience and impact speak for itself, and we can't wait to see what they girls become at the end of the 90 days.

You don't find the opportunity and then get ready. You get ready, and then the opportunity finds you.

Community is a strategy.🔥

Talent is not enough. If the right people can't see you, they can't choose you 📌

All these and more at our "How to win global opportunities " with Al Amin Mohammed Idris Al Amin Mohammed Idris. Full session now on our YouTube channel.

2,000 of you 🔥🔥🔥

We don't take that lightly.

Every like, every comment, every share, every person who stopped scrolling and decided to stay, thank you.

You've been part of every announcement, every reveal, every milestone, and every moment of impact.

There is so much more coming. More programs. More girls. More opportunities being opened for young people.

Here's to 2,000, and everything that comes next. 🔥

Every detail of EveryGirl 3.0 was intentional.
Including this one.

Before the girls arrived in Abuja, our founder Khalil Halilu sat down and wrote a personal note in every single copy of Everything Good Will Come one for each fellow. A message was written just for her✨

Because when you become an Every Girl fellow, you don't just join a program. You become part of the KSH family, and family shows up in the details.

Every girl in that room deserved to feel seen, valued, and loved, and that's exactly what we set out to do. I am proud to say that we achieved exactly that. The reaction of the girls to the notes was priceless 😊.

Celebrating Augustina today! 🎉

Behind every successful program at KSH Foundation is someone who turns vision into a plan. That person is Augustina Augustina Okpechi

As Project Lead, She is the architect behind our initiatives, mapping out the work plans, setting the direction, and making sure every moving part comes together.

Her commitment to this work doesn't waver, even when it would be easy for it to. She shows up, keeps things moving, and holds the whole team to the standard she sets for herself.

If the Every Girl Program is the engine driving change for girls across Nigeria, Augustina is the engine behind the engine, keeping it all running.

Happy birthday, Tina! Thank you for everything you bring to this work. 🎂✨

Behind every great program is a team that gives everything they've got and never makes it about themselves 🔥

Meet the A-Team.

The people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make Every Girl 3.0 everything it was and more.

Farida Yahaya Farida Yahya — Program Coordinator, the one keeping everything and everyone together.
Augustina Augustina Okpechi — Project Lead, the backbone and engine of it all.
Jennifer Jhenna Ijeh - Program Assistant and Stakeholders Manager, turning commitments into action, one stakeholder at a time.
Neemah Nee'maah💋 — Program Support, from research to coordination to showing up wherever she was needed.

And then there's the one who's never in the pictures because she's always behind the lens, making sure every moment gets captured and every story gets told, our Social Media Manager Gracious Isoah | Research, Biotech and Youth

No spotlight. No fuss. Just work, love, and an unwavering commitment to every girl in this program.

Every Girl 3.0 was built by this village. And we wouldn't have it any other way 💜
