We are excited to announce our next speaker for the JPI Global Class Connect – Dr. Segun Manuel

Dr. Segun Manuel is a Global Speaker, Author, and Trainer, with over a decade
experience working in the Oil and Gas industry in Customer Centred roles.
He holds a Doctorate Degree (HC) in Business Administration from the Prowess
University (USA), a Professional Certificate in Customer Service Concepts and Strategy from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK) and a Bsc Accounting from Delta State University, Abraka Nigeria.

Segun is a Certified Management Consultant, a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Learning and Development Practitioner (LDP) with the Learning and Development Network International, a certified trainer with the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals Trainers Network (WTN), a Business Development Support Provider (BDSP) at SMEDAN, and an International Finance Corporation (World
Bank) trained Face to Face Facilitator.

He was recently named the Customer Service Teacher of the year by the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professional (WAACSP) and listed amongst the top 100 young leaders in Delta state and listed amongst the top 50 business leaders.

He was recently recognized by the Delta Economic Summit Group (DESG) for his role is the Capacity Development.

He is the Convener of the Mega Youth Summit, the Delta Women Empowerment
Summit and the Warri Business Mentoring Class where he has taught over 1000
business owners on Enterprise development strategies.
He is the Lead Trainer at
Smogville Solution – a leading Learning and development Company based in Warri.
