We marked Menstrual Hygiene Day with an outreach programme at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, focused on promoting menstrual hygiene, dignity, confidence, and civic responsibility among young women.

Through conversations, encouragement, and sanitary pad distribution, we reminded our girls that menstruation is nothing to be ashamed of and that every young woman deserves access to the right information, support, and care.

We also encouraged eligible students to register and obtain their PVC, because their voice matters and their participation is important in shaping the future of our state and nation.

A heartfelt thank you to the Management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, the students, and everyone who supported this initiative.

Together, we will continue to support the girl child, promote healthy living, and build a better future.
