1st January, 1st February, 1st March, 1st April, and now 1st May. Every new month has a way of making us pause and reflect on how far we’ve come.

At the beginning of the year, many of us set goals and made plans. But as each new month arrives, there’s often a quiet fear, especially when we haven’t reached even 5% or 10% of what we hoped to achieve.

Still, there’s a saying that as long as there is life, there is hope. But this isn’t for people who sit back and expect things to happen on their own. It’s for those who are putting in effort, even if it doesn’t feel like enough.

So don’t feel like you’re doing nothing. As long as you’re moving, even if it’s slow, even if it feels like crawling, you’re still making progress.

And you will get there.
