More than 20 cows belonging to Fulani herders allegedly died after grazing on a watermelon farm in Gidan Gade Onda, Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

Following the incident, traditional rulers and the Chairman of Miyetti Allah in Nasarawa LGA visited the scene. They appealed to farmers to avoid using harmful substances on their crops to help prevent similar incidents.

The exact cause of the cows' deaths has not been officially confirmed, and the incident is expected to be investigated.
