Simple Acha Pudding Recipe!
Looking for a simple, nourishing breakfast that is easy to prepare? Try this Acha Pudding by Eatinghealthyng.
Acha, also known as Fonio, cooks quickly and makes a deliciously creamy pudding.
You will need:
• ½ cup Growsel Foods Acha (Fonio)
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup of water
• 2 tablespoons honey or sugar ( Optional)
• ½ teaspoon vanilla essence (Optional)
• A pinch of cinnamon ( Optional)
• Your favourite fruits or nuts for topping
How to prepare:
1. Add Growsel Food Stone free Acha and water to a pot and cook until soft.
2. Add the milk and stir continuously on low heat until creamy.
4. Add honey or sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
5. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, then take off the heat.
6. Serve warm and top with fruits, sesame seeds or nuts.
Simple, wholesome and delicious.
