(While I await the police invitations) I am apprehensive that I may be set up by the panel; therefore, having regard to the considerable public interest generated by this matter, the status of the public official involved, and the imperative to preserve public confidence in the investigative process, our client respectfully requests that his appearance before the Nigeria Police Force be conducted in a manner that ensures transparency and fairness. Accordingly, our client is prepared to honour the invitation, subject to the following requests: 1. That the interview be broadcast live by one or more national television stations or other accredited broadcast media organisations to ensure maximum transparency and to eliminate any possibility of misinformation or misrepresentation. 2. That his lawyers be permitted to accompany him and remain present throughout the interview. 3. That representatives of the Nigerian Bar Association be invited to observe the interview as independent observers to further enhance public confidence in the investigative process. These requests are made in good faith and are neither intended to undermine the statutory investigative powers of the Nigeria Police Force nor to dictate the manner in which it discharges its constitutional and statutory responsibilities. Rather, they are made in recognition of the exceptional public importance of this matter and the need to ensure that the investigative process commands the confidence of the public.

am pleased to announce that, after a protracted two-year court battle, I have been acquitted of the charges brought against me by the Nigerian police. The allegations, which included wearing a Nigerian police uniform and thereby impersonating the Nigeria police, a criminal offense punishable by 2-5 years, have been dismissed due to a lack of evidence. I received an invitation from the Lagos Police, surprisingly overseen by AIG JIMOH MOSHOOD. It is astonishing that the same police officer I have incriminating evidence against is now inviting me for investigation, as JIMOH MOSHOOD attempts to silence me.

I am very happy with the effort of the Nigerian police force and the effort of my team however from the look of things i don’t think it will be safe to handover the baby to the mother yet,she is obviously not responsible enough to be a mother

if AIG ZONE 2 can provide the statement of bariga and fabo the first time they were arrested where they both confessed to unaliving sheriff salami,if the IKEJA POLICE COMMAND can provide these statements I should be charged to court…
This case will further prove that senior police officers can be paid to frame and set up innocent people to take a fall…THE JUSTICE SYSTEM OF NIGERIA IS FAILING……AIG JIMOH MOSHOOOD your integrity as an assistant inspector general of police lies on this case(PROVE ME WRONG AND CHARGE ME TO COURT.

He further added that: all the cases that was charged to court during when MOSHOOD JIMOH WAS THE CP of Lagos state should be thoroughly investigated because there is a high chance innocent people have be sent to jail by MOSHOOD over nothing.

I will like to make an honest appeal to the federal government to investigate in the rehabilitation of those kids,I cannot imagine the trauma,the sad experience,imagining witnessing their principle UNALIVED in their presence…
These kids should not been abandoned as our government usually do.
