Parturition (childbirth) can sometimes be complicated, affecting the mother, baby, or both. Prompt assessment and appropriate management are essential.

🩺 1. Prolonged/Obstructed Labor
Caused by weak contractions, abnormal fetal position, or mismatch between baby and pelvis.
➡️ Management: Monitoring, assisted delivery, or cesarean section.

👶 2. Malpresentation/Malposition
Includes breech or abnormal fetal positioning.
➡️ Management: External cephalic version, assisted delivery, or cesarean section.

Excessive bleeding after delivery due to poor uterine contraction, retained placenta, trauma, or clotting problems.
