We are Healers, Not Shooters. We are GL26 Chaplains.

I believe the biggest challenge is building trust without compromising professional boundaries.

Uniformed personnel often operate in environments where vulnerability can be difficult to express.

A professional chaplain must therefore become a trusted presence—someone who can listen without judgment, respect confidentiality, understand the institutional culture, and know when care requires referral to another professional.

For me, effective chaplaincy is not about having all the answers. It is about being present enough for people to know they don't have to carry everything alone.
Trust is earned over time, not demanded by a title.

The role of a Multifaith Chaplain is to support people no matter the religion they believe in."

1. PRESENCE.

Sitting with someone in fear, grief, or uncertainty without trying to "fix" them

2. LISTENING

“What is important to you right now?” instead of “Let me tell you what to believe”

3. RESPECT

Honoring their faith, worldview, or even doubt. No agenda, just care

4. SUPPORT

Prayer if they want it. Silence if they need it. Resources if they’re looking.

Chaplains don’t convert in the crisis moment.
We connect.We remind people they’re not alone.

In Nigeria of today, mind your Religion. Allow the Gods to do the fight. Not the people. 👌🔥

Multifaith chaplaincy is being conscious that there are other faiths out there. Focus on human care, not conversion. 👌✅🌏✈️🔥👊💸

Yes.

*"Chaplain: My son just died in ICU. I’m Muslim. My boss wants me to work Sunday. I’m having panic attacks."*

That’s a different room.

A Pastor and a Chaplain both carry God.
But chaplaincy requires training in:
1. *Crisis care*
2. *Interfaith sensitivity*
3. *Ethics, law, and trauma*
4. *Listening without fixing*

*Calling gets you in the door. Training keeps you professional and ethical in the room.*
