This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the full employee lifecycle while advising leadership on people strategy, organisational development, employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture.

We’re looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of discretion and sound business judgement
