EVERYDAY vs EVERY DAY β Donβt Mix Them Up!
They look almost identical, but everyday and every day do different jobs in a sentence.
πΉ EVERYDAY β one word
It is an adjective meaning ordinary, usual, or routine. It describes a noun.
π Examples:
These are my everyday shoes.
We face everyday challenges.
English is part of my everyday life.
π Everyday comes before a noun.
πΉ EVERY DAY β two words
It means each day or on each day. It tells us how often something happens.
π Examples:
I practise English every day.
She reads every day.
They go to school every day.
π A simple trick: If you can replace it with βeach day,β use every day.

EACH vs EVERY β Are They Really the Same? π€
Each and every are both used with singular countable nouns, but they donβt always express the same idea.
πΉ EACH focuses on individuals separately, one by one.
π Examples:
Each student received a certificate.
Each of the players was given a jersey.
Each child has a different personality.
Notice that each can be followed by of + plural noun/pronoun: π Each of the students is ready.
πΉ EVERY considers members of a group collectively, referring to all members individually as part of the whole.
π Examples:
Every student must submit the assignment.
Every member of the team was present.
Every child deserves a good education.
Unlike each, we generally do not say:

Instead, say:
