For those who haven’t seen this post.

The PANTS rule is easy to remember. It helps you stay safe.

📌 P means Private parts are private- The parts of your body covered by your underwear belong to you. No one should touch or ask to see them. If you are with a Doctor who is trying to examine you, your parents or guardian should be with you.
Rule

📌A means Always remember your body belongs to you. You are in charge of your body. You can say no and you have the right to say 'NO' at all times if something makes you uncomfortable.

📌N means No Secrets About Your Body - Sometimes people
might say, "Don't tell anyone.." but secrets about your body are not okay. No means no!

📌T means Talk about secrets that upset you
Good secrets are fun and temporary. Bad secrets make you feel scared or worried. Always tell a safe adult. If you unsure talk,
even when you are sure, still talk

📌S means Speak up- If something does not feel right, tell someone you trust. Keep telling until someone listens.

Parents and Guardians, also listen when your child is speaking, watch out for the unsaid things as well. We may not be able to tell it but you can help us by observing.

Thank you 🙏🏾
