When we guide a boy well, we are shaping not just his future, but the future of families, communities, and nations.
Let us remember that boys also face pressure, confusion, and emotional struggles. They need mentors, teachers, parents, and communities that listen, correct with love, and encourage growth. Every boy is a seed of greatness waiting to be nurtured.

One of the most powerful ways to measure impact is to listen to the voices of the learners themselves. During our BRIGSE sessions, the boys shared reflections on how the programme has shaped their daily habits, decision-making, and future outlook.

📝 “Before BRIGSE, I did not pay much attention to my personal hygiene and appearance, but now I can maintain proper grooming and understand the importance of cleanliness in my daily life.”
📝 “BRIGSE has helped me in so many ways. I now make better decisions, speak confidently, and choose positive behaviours that support my future goals.”
📝 “Before BRIGSE, I didn’t help much at home, but now I take responsibility in household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing my environment.”

BRIGSE was honored to host Hon. Babatunde Taiwo, who delivered an inspiring session to our boys and school management on the topic “Leadership Begins With You.”
He reminded the boys that leadership starts with personal responsibility, discipline, and making the right choices every day. Moments like this continue to shape our boys into confident, responsible leaders for tomorrow.
We appreciate the school management for their support and our boys for their enthusiasm and active participation. Together, we are raising boys who will lead with character and purpose. 💪
