LADOL

As a Nigerian company with an international reach, we’ve aligned our company values to focus on areas where we can make a real difference – creating opportunities for Nigerians to thrive at home, raising awareness of the employment challenges young people face worldwide and promoting sustainable business practices. To achieve our goals, we’re investing in human capital development, infrastructure and technology to support the sustainable development of Nigeria’s private sector. We’re focussed on creating jobs, providing a training academy for long-term career development, building sustainable engineering capacity and facilitating knowledge transfer from multi-national companies to local operators, so that Nigeria can continue to grow as an entrepreneurial hub for international business activity. In line with this vision, we are proud to partner with The Business and Sustainable Development Commission to promote business practices that facilitate inclusive, sustainable economic growth and Prince’s Trust International to support youth empowerment.
