The biggest symptom of a broken rollout is what we call the "1-Hour Zoom Trap."
Organizations constantly confuse Knowledge (showing someone how a software works in a sterile 60-minute training session) with Ability (coaching them to actually use it when the office is chaotic and the pressure is on).
If you treat a digital rollout like an IT project, your strategy probably ends as soon as the training call disconnects. But true adoption—getting your team to genuinely change their daily habits—requires continuous reinforcement, coaching, and time.
Stop checking boxes and start building habits.
